The MagVault™ Hidden Nightstand uses an RFID locking mechanism for quick, discreet access to its concealed upper compartment. Hold one of your RFID access cards to the nightstand and the lock releases.
Every MagVault includes two RFID access cards.

When the batteries are running low, the lock lets you know with a longer sound, usually leaving roughly 5–10 more unlocks before they need replacing.
If the batteries run out completely, the lock is designed to stay unlocked until new or recharged batteries are fitted, so your belongings won’t become trapped inside the compartment.

Every MagVault includes two RFID access cards, so you have a spare from day one. We recommend keeping the second card somewhere safe, outside the hidden compartment.

Pre-orders from the current batch have an estimated arrival window of November 1st–7th.
Outside of pre-order periods, standard delivery normally takes approximately 7–10 working days, and may take longer during periods of high demand.

The electronic lock uses four AAA batteries. Rechargeable AAA batteries can be used and are a convenient option for regular use.

A full set of batteries provides approximately 1,000 unlocks, depending on battery quality, usage and environmental conditions.
For example, if the compartment is opened five times per day, the batteries may last approximately six to seven months before needing to be recharged or replaced.
